Take advantage of several races and walks as you stay active, push yourself, and build community! All ability and experience levels are welcomed as we come together to become healthier versions of ourselves. Provided throughout the year, you will be able to find a race that works for you!

Fee: $25
What to Expect: Challenge yourself to conquer North Dakota virtually! Use mileage challenges to mark your progress and push yourself to reach the next goal! Must be an intentional workout not daily step count. Complete any challenge and get an Explore ND beanie!
5K Race Series
March 16 - December 6, 2024
Races: Leprechaun Loop, Homefest 5K, Fall Frolic 5K, & Jingle Bell Jog
Age: All ages
Fee: $100
What to Expect: Sign up for all four races and get a 5K Race Series T-shirt. Finish all four races and win a 5K Race Series medal!

Location: Rough Rider Center Start
Fee: $30 (t-shirt guaranteed with pre-registration only by July 5th)
What to Expect: Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place male and female finishers of each age group.
