Take advantage of several races and walks as you stay active, push yourself, and build community! All ability and experience levels are welcomed as we come together to become healthier versions of ourselves. Provided throughout the year, you will be able to find a race that works for you!

What to Expect: Challenge yourself to conquer North Dakota virtually! Use mileage challenges to mark your progress and push yourself to reach the next goal! Must be an intentional workout not daily step count. Complete any challenge and get an Explore ND beanie! 

5K Race Series

March 17-December 5, 2025
Races: Leprechaun Loop, Homefest 5K, Fall Frolic 5K, & Jingle Bell Jog

Fee: $100

What to Expect: Sign up for all four races and get a 5K Race Series T-shirt. Finish all four races and win a 5K Race Series medal!

What to Expect: Join us at the Rough Rider Center for the “most wonderful” 5k fun run of the year! Afterwards, enjoy Christmas festivities, goodies and live music.
